"Customer service was actually great"
Had a little issue with my order, but they fixed it so quickly. Nice. The reply was friendly too, and I never felt like I was just being ignored. Relief. I’d definitely be happy to order from them again

My Elsie and Fred order arrived today, it was exactly what I was expecting. The sizes and colours were all right, with no annoying mix-ups or surprises. I always feel a bit nervous ordering clothes online, so it was a nice relief that everything was spot on. Really happy with it.

"Cute, though I’m a little unsure"
I really like the style and the way it fits, it’s one of those pieces that looks nice on without much effort. The fabric is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, though. Not terrible, just something I noticed right away. I keep thinking it’ll be great for now, but I’m not totally sure how it’ll hold up after a bunch of washes. Still cute, just kind of a mixed bag

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
Ordered from Elsie & Fred the shipping was really good. I got updates as it moved along, and the parcel turned up when they said it would. No chasing, no faff, just nice and easy, which is always a relief.

I ordered my usual size and it fit really nice, not too tight or weird in any spot. I was little unsure after checking size guide, but it turned out accurate. It’s comfy too, so I’d definitely buy again.

"I really liked the look of..."
I really liked the look of elsieandfred.com. It’s bright, fun, and has way more personality than a lot of fashion sites I’ve used. The outfits are shown clearly, and the colours really stand out without feeling too much.
The whole site feels bold but still simple to get around. I found what I was looking for quickly with no hassle, and I actually mentioned it to a friend because I thought she’d love the vibe too

"Cute packaging, just a little dented"
The packaging was really cute and felt sturdy overall. One corner did arrive a bit squashed, though, so that was a little disappointing. Nothing major, but I did notice it.

They’ve got some really cute stuff, and I did enjoy looking around, kind of one of those places where you pick something up, put it back, then wander over to the next shelf. It’s nice overall, just not exactly cheap, so I’d probably be a little selective about what I buy.

"Arrived way faster than I thought it would"
I ordered from Elsie & Fred last week and, i was expecting it to take a bit longer... like a few extra days at least. But the dispatch email came through quickly, and then the parcel turned up sooner than I’d planned for, which was a nice surprise.
Everything was packed properly, no issues, no chasing around or anything like that. Just a really easy delivery experience, basically. I’d definitely order again if it’s always this smooth.

"Still looks good after a few washes"
I’ve washed it a few times now it’s still holding up well. The colour hasn’t gone weird or faded funny either, so I’m happy with it
